Frequently asked questions

Can I use Tranqy for work?

Yes, for your own work reminders: calls, meetings, invoices to chase or to pay, quotes to send. Tranqy is personal, one chat per person: it isn’t business management software or a tool for a team.

Is it fine for tax deadlines?

As an extra reminder, yes: “on the 16th remind me about the VAT payment”. But for legal and tax deadlines, rely on your accountant: a reminder can fail to arrive because of a WhatsApp or network outage, and in those cases the damage would be serious.

What if a client meeting moves?

Write “move it to Friday at 11”: Tranqy understands which one you mean, moves the heads-ups too and confirms the new day and time.
