How it works: the whole journey

From a voice note in the evening to Mom’s “Done” the next morning. Two phones, one story.

  1. 8:15 PMYou say itText or send a voice note, in the words you’d use with a person. Rambling is fine.
  2. 8:15 PMTranqy confirmsThe day and time in full, so you can see at a glance she got it right. If something’s missing, she asks.
  3. 9:00 AMIt reaches MomRight on time, on her phone, signed by you. She doesn’t install anything.
  4. 9:03 AMOne tap: DoneDone, +1h or Tomorrow. Every tap gets an answer, and nothing slips through the cracks.
  5. 9:20 AMYou knowAsk “did you remind her?”: Tranqy tells you whether it went out, whether it arrived and whether she read it.

Frequently asked questions

Does my mom need an app or an account?

No. WhatsApp is enough, and she already has it. She receives the reminders and answers with the buttons, without signing up for anything.

Can I find out whether she took her medication?

Tranqy tells you whether the reminder went out, whether it arrived and whether she read it: just ask. When she taps Done, she’s the one who gets the confirmation; today there is no automatic notice to you when she confirms.

Is information about medication safe?

Tranqy keeps only what it needs to remind the right medication at the right time, and uses it for nothing else: no ads, no selling of data. You can ask in the chat for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted.
