Frequently asked questions

Can I choose when I get reminded?

Yes. By default Tranqy reminds you the day before and an hour before; if you want more heads-ups, say a few days before a deadline, just tell her.

What if the appointment changes?

Type “move it to Friday at 11”: Tranqy works out which one you mean, moves the heads-ups too and confirms the new day and time.

Can Tranqy read any document?

From the photo she reads the date and whatever the reminder needs. If it isn’t clear what to remember, she asks you rather than guessing.
